About Shannon

Meet Shannon Armstrong

Shannon Armstrong has called the Treasure Valley home since 1995. Over the years, she has purchased and managed multiple properties and now lives in the Boise Foothills with her partner, David. Her two adult sons, Zach and Jacob, also live in Boise.

A longtime outdoor enthusiast, Shannon enjoys snow skiing and mountain biking, and trying every new restaurant in town. She also loves entertaining, cooking, traveling, reading, and staying active.

Real estate runs in her family—her grandfather was a broker, her grandmother worked in escrow, and her aunt was a top-producing agent who inspired Shannon to follow in her footsteps. Since starting her real estate career in 2015, Shannon has been honored with the Circle of Excellence award annually since 2017.

Known for her attention to detail, being a full-service Realtor, Shannon offers expert guidance in buying, selling, and new construction. She’s passionate about providing a personalized experience and helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.
