About Francisco

Nací en Cali, Colombia, y en 1997 me mudé a Estados Unidos, estableciéndome primero en California. Después de dos años, en busca de nuevas experiencias, me trasladé a Florida para estar cerca de la familia de mi esposa. Finalmente, en 2004, llegué a Boise con el deseo de encontrar el mejor lugar para criar a mis hijos, y desde el primer momento supe que era el lugar ideal.

Con 14 años de experiencia en la industria bancaria, decidí embarcarme en un nuevo desafío y adentrarme en el mundo de los bienes raíces. Desde hace ocho años, me he dedicado a ayudar a las personas a alcanzar el sueño de ser propietarios y a dar sus primeros pasos en la inversión inmobiliaria. Mi enfoque ha sido apoyar a la comunidad hispana del Treasure Valley, entendiendo la importancia de contar con un agente que hable español y pueda guiarlos con confianza y claridad en cada paso del proceso.

Más allá del ámbito inmobiliario, me apasiona servir a mi comunidad en cualquier aspecto en el que pueda ser de ayuda, especialmente apoyando a nuevos inmigrantes a enfrentar los retos de establecerse en un país nuevo. Mi compromiso va más allá de vender casas: es construir sueños, oportunidades y un futuro sólido para quienes confían en mí.

I was born in Cali, Colombia, and moved to the United States in 1997, first settling in California. After two years, I sought new experiences and relocated to Florida to be closer to my wife's family. In 2004, I moved to Boise in search of the perfect place to raise my children—and I fell in love with the city instantly.

With 14 years of experience in the banking industry, I decided to take on a new challenge and transition into real estate. For the past eight years, I have been dedicated to helping my community achieve the dream of homeownership and start their real estate investment journeys. Recognizing the need for Spanish-speaking real estate agents, I have focused on assisting the Hispanic community in the Treasure Valley, ensuring they have the guidance and support they deserve.

Beyond real estate, I am passionate about giving back to my community, especially by helping new immigrants navigate the challenges of settling into a new country. Whether it's real estate or everyday challenges, I am committed to making a difference.
