To help introduce myself, I’m Victor (Vic) Peterson, “Associate Real Estate Broker” with Homes of Idaho.
I moved to the Boise area from Salmon Idaho in 1990, & started with Micron Tech.
I started my career as a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson (Formerly Coldwell Banker Aspen Realty) Jan 15th of 1999. I later obtained my Associate Brokers license June 30th 2009 , and have been awarded the Canyon County Top Producer Real Estate Award every year since 2005.
I’ve worked with over a thousand buyers and sellers during my career which included residential ,land development, new construction, farm and ranch, REO / Foreclosure, corporate relocation , VA buyers and sellers, and some commercial properties. I also specialize in Property Management. A massive part of my career has included the Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, & Emmett Real Estate markets, along with many other Idaho out skirting areas.
I teamed up with my wife Jennifer Peterson, who became a licensed Realtor in 2005. As a team we promote our clients’ interests 110%, whether it be in marketing their residence or finding that new best fit residence. Our goal is to bring our clients exceptional service and continued support throughout their journey. We will always be available to answer your questions and provide feedback and keep in touch with your needs.
To compliment our service, together we bring a history of knowledge and experience of the areas we serve. Jennifer has been an Idaho / Treasure Valley resident since 1984, and I (Vic) have been an Idaho resident since 1987 and a Treasure Valley Resident since 1990. We both have been exposed to the real estate world since we can remember as our fathers both owned and were Brokers of their own Real Estate Brokerages. We love and know this Boise Valley well.
